Relax in this 4 bedroom house with a fire pit, gas grill and private pool 15 minutes from the beach. Up for a walk? Two minutes away is a library and Turkey Creek Sanctuary. The sanctuary was established in 1981 and offers a 1.85 mile boardwalk passing through hydric (wet) hammock, mesic (moist) hammock, and sand pine scrub communities, and 1.5 miles of jogging trails through native forest, both excellent for viewing a multitude of wild life. Within the Sanctuary, there is also a 1 mile mountain bike trail with a direct connection to an additional 8 miles. As well as walking, jogging and biking, the Sanctuary can also be accessed by canoe or kayak! The back yard of this beautiful home is completely fenced in. There are pool toys for the family to enjoy as well as pool towels and life jackets and a hammock. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ninja blender, toaster, pots, pans and everything you need to prepare dinner. The backyard has table and chairs on the pool deck as well as a table and chairs for the patio. and chairs around fire pit. Each bedroom has its own tv with wireless internet/Roku connection for YouTube/Netflix. Pets are allowed for a pet fee of $50 per pet.
