Amazing place, great hosts, everything was
excellent.
They house has everything you may need
during your stay and more. Comfortable,
well equipped.
The hosts are great with communication and
will make sure you have everything you
need, and they were very sweet by placing
“Happy Birthday” balloons because they
new it was my birthday celebration trip, plus
it’s a pet friendly place and they even have
bowls and toys for the Ge as long as your
pets are well behaved and you can control
them, they will also have a great time there.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean,
the pool and yard areas were fabulous, the
neighborhood was quiet, the hosts were
pretty quick to respond to questions. Not
having a washer and dryer was challenging
and inconvenient.
There were a few things that could have
been better, but would stay again.

10 stars for the place, clean, organized and
equipped, very good communication with
the hosts, exactly what we wanted to
celebrate Dominican mothers day and my
husband’s birthday. a super quiet
neighborhood and close to everything.

Great location, we stayed here before our
Disney Cruise at Port Canaveral, it’s a great
location for British people flying in to
Melbourne Airport who want to explore the
east coast e.g Cocoa Beach, Space Coast
etc. Property was very clean, kitchen fully
equipped and the pool area was perfect.

When we arrived the place was really clean.
it was very peaceful and relaxing. We were
always out of the house. The beach is 15-20
minutes away. Once we passed the first
bridge there was a lot of shops and
restaurants. I recommend Marino’s in
historica cocoa village their fresh fruit
margaritas were delicious. And they were
$3. The beach was amazing.

Nice size and conveniently located just few
blocks off of hwy 520 in Cocoa as well as gas
station and short drive to get groceries or to
other stores. Gas station and some small
stores were within walking distance as well.

Very easy and central location for our needs.
Communication was on spot with Jane’ &
Quentin. I was a little needy in the beginning
they took care of us. Thank you for all your
help and making our stay enjoyable

We loved staying here. The beds were nice and
the pool was refreshing. Lots of pool activities
and floats. There was plenty of room for our
large sized adult children. Each of them were able
to have their own room. They have a nice back
yard fire pit. We usually stay with family when we
come to Florida but this time we reserved this
home. We will be doing it again next time we
visit. It took a lot of stress off our trip. The host
was great. It was a nice place to stay
